Our debut post is all about simulated players. Improbable programmer Teri Drummond explores how this powerful tool was used during the development of Scavengers.
Simulated players enable you to perform a range of tests on your game. You can gain insight into server load, examining how your game behaves during sessions at capacity. And with gameplay behaviours, you can find answers to even the most unlikely of events, such as what happens if every player throws a grenade at precisely the same time.
